It’s easy to find yourself trapped into gimmicky adventures when
visiting a new city. Luckily the local watering hole provides an oasis away
from the traps. We have concocted the perfect getaway beer for you, a
Kolsch! This light and easy drinking beer was made with Pilsner and Super
Saazer hops, fermented with an Ale yeast at Lager temperatures and conditioned
for a few months before tapping. It’s so clean and refreshing that
it has become it’s own tourist trap!

Drink in the nectar of the Cosmos as we take a trip through distant galaxies
of hop flavor. Galaxy and Cashmere blast forward notes of citrus and tropical
fruit in the first dry hop, while Sabro and Nectaron finish this Hazy Pale
out with notes of stone fruit, tangerine, and subtle coconut. Ride through the Space
Haze and drink among the stars.

A newly emerging style on the beer scene is the New Zealand Pilsner
. With the rise of the craft beer scene in the 21st century Pilsners, originating
in Germany, have spread to other countries. New Zealand is known
for growing the most popular hops for juicy/hazy styles of beer. So, this
is a hybrid between Pilsner and a Juicy Pale Ale. Brewed and lagered like
a traditional Pilsner, but we used late additions of hops in the boil and did
a moderate dry hop with both Nectaron and Motueka. The aroma is full of
citrus with flavors of passionfruit, peach, and grapefruit, with a very smooth
and clean finish. Don’t let the Chimera catch you sleeping!

Gregarious and full of flavor, this Belgian Quad is quite the treat. Using
all French grown barley and dark Belgian candied sugar, it’s incredibly dry with
hints of caramelized malt. Dark Cherry puree adds a tart sweetness, playing on
the fruit characteristics from the Belgian yeast.

Deep in the forests, something lets out a cry. Hard to tell if it’s animal, man, or something else…maybe a Brown Ale? Filled with chocolate malt and molasses, notes of nuttiness, roasted cocoa and sweet syrup are complimented by pine and spice notes from Chinook and Crystal hops. Delicious and dessert like, yet still easy drinking.
